The English OpenList in the CEOL Universe

The CEOL Universe is a larger inventory of English word candidates, released in fixed versions. Each version holds the English OpenList as a dated subset: its list at 1 pinned revision.

The 2 projects do different jobs. This list changes every night under its own rule; a version of the CEOL Universe never changes once released. So the CEOL Universe reads this list at a revision it names and never writes to it, and a later version takes in what this list adds by moving its pin. This site's list today has 345,162 words.

• Its page in the CEOL Universe: the subset charted, and what decided its rows.
• Compose a list from it: the subset as a list, with the code that reproduces it.
